Scott Reaser is a Principal with First Annapolis Consulting, Inc. managing its strategic sourcing practice area and providing strategic advisory services to the firm's deposit access clients. Scott advises financial institutions, credit card issuers, merchant acquirers, and other industry participants related to in-sourcing and outsourcing business strategies and negotiating applicable agreements. Scott also supports the firm's deposit access practice area advising financial institutions, transaction processors, debit networks, and others develop innovative and effective strategies and tactics in the debit industry.

Prior to First Annapolis, Scott was a Naval Officer in the distinguished U.S. Navy Nuclear Power Program. Scott received his M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. with Honors in Electrical Engineering from Boston University.
