- Masters of Business Administration preferred
- A strong record of academic achievement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong financial and quantitative analysis skills
- Two or more years of relevant work experience
- Ability to provide innovative solutions through creative, strategic thinking
- Ability to work collaboratively on team-based efforts
- Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a deadline driven environment
- Experience in the financial services and/or financial services consulting industry preferred

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in a business discipline such as finance or economics, with a record of superior academic performance;
- Excellent analytical thinking skills as well as computer skills such as Excel, SNL, Power Point or similar spreadsheet packages;
- Strong communication and writing skills;
- Solid understanding of basic finance concepts such as net present value and discounted cash flow analysis and experience in developing financial models;
- Ability to be a self starter and to work in a deadline driven team environment;
- (Optional) Foreign language skills, which, while not a necessity, are highly valued;
- (Optional) Experience with statistical analysis packages such as SPSS as well as other types of programming such as Visual Basic; and
- (Optional) Experience in the financial services industry.
