The practice encompasses an array of mobile services such as digital/mobile wallets (including those built for remote and proximity payments), marketing/advertising applications (including targeted offers, shopping, search, and loyalty), mobile banking, and personal financial management. The practice also covers the e-commerce environment, alternative payment schemes, P2P, ticketing and transit, and supporting technologies such as encryption/authentication, and gateway/PSP processing.
Our Mobile/Alternative Payments practice area was launched in the late 1990s as the Internet became a viable sales channel, prepaid products were conceived, and the earliest versions of electronic P2P arrived in the market. Since then, we’ve evaluated and helped create many groundbreaking innovations. Our team assists clients with a wide variety of services including strategy development, business casing, service provider assessment/selection, and implementation support.
