Lee Manfred manages our Deposit Access practice area and
also leads our Payments Strategy offering. He advises clients
on both strategic and tactical issues and brings a wealth of
experience across all deposit access and deposit access
products - debit, check, credit, and stored value. Lee has played
an integral advisory role on many of the transactions that have
re-shaped the EFT network industry including serving as lead
advisor to First Data Corporation on the disposition of its
stake in NYCE. Lee has been with First Annapolis since 1993
and has over twenty years of consulting and retail financial
services experience. He earned an MBA from the George Washington
University, and a BBA from the University of Notre Dame, both
with concentrations in finance.
