First Annapolis Announces Two Promotions to Partner

Linthicum, Maryland:  First Annapolis is pleased to announce the promotions of Joel Van Arsdale and David Woynerowski to Partner.

Joel, a key leader in the Merchant Acquiring practice both domestically and internationally, was integral in launching the European office and expanding the First Annapolis franchise and revenue base in Europe.   Joel will continue to be based in Amsterdam, leading our European efforts.  Joel joined First Annapolis in 2003 as a Consultant.  He received his M.B.A. with academic distinction from the University of Virginia's Colgate Darden School of Business Administration and graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in economics from the Emory University.

Dave, a member of the Card Issuing practice with a deep body of expertise in partnership programs, has been instrumental in the growth and diversification of the firm’s client base.  Dave will take on additional responsibilities in the Card Issuing practice and continue to oversee the firm’s business development efforts in Canada.  Dave first joined First Annapolis as an Analyst in 1998.  He left to pursue his MBA degree, and then returned in 2002 as a Consultant.  Dave received his M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, where he won the prestigious Shermet Award, and his B.S. from the University of Notre Dame as a member of the Sigma Gamma Tau Academic Honor Society.
