Dan Kreis is a Principal and Director of Portfolio Management with First Annapolis Consulting, Inc. Dan brings 25 years experience to his advisory work for credit card issuers, specialty finance companies, retailers and service bureaus. As the Director of Portfolio Management, he focuses exclusively on back office operations (e.g., credit, service and collections), strategy design and risk management tools and technologies. Dan has worked with over 100 leading consumer and small business lenders in the U.S. and internationally.

Prior to joining First Annapolis, Dan was a Regional Manager for Fair Isaac Inc. and managed several credit card portfolios. Dan has a BA in Economics from the University of Maryland at Baltimore County.
