First Annapolis aspires to make as much of a difference in our local community as we do for our clients. During the recent holiday season First Annapolis organized donations for a local non-profit organization, My Sister’s Circle, a relationship-based program designed to mentor girls from disadvantaged Baltimore neighborhoods. The Ronald McDonald House (RMH) is another organization that we are proud to support. Since 2001, First Annapolis has contributed household items, small appliances and laptop computers to make the stays of visiting families in the Baltimore RMH as pleasant as possible
First Annapolis also participates in Make a Difference Day, a national day of helping others – a celebration of neighbors helping neighbors. As participants, we have partnered with Habitat for Humanity to help with home building projects in the Baltimore/Annapolis area. We routinely support the March of Dimes, Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, Toys for Tots, and local homeless shelters through our participation in their volunteer efforts.
